Tamber Bay Vineyards

Vintner Barry Waitte founded Tamber Bey Vineyards in 1999, when he purchased a 60-acre vineyard in the Yountville Appellation and an 11-acre property in the renowned Oakville Appellation. This marked his entry into the wine business as a grower. Waitte planted three acres of premium Cabernet Sauvignon on the Oakville property, and this vineyard came to be called the Oakville Estate Vineyard.

Sauvignon Blanc, Lizzy's Vineyard

t1.jpg

This wine is elegant, with great acidity and a finish that leaves you wanting more, thanks to exquisite fruit and an ageing program that utilizes stainless steel and acacia wood barrels. Aromas of ginger, grapefruit, lemongrass and fresh kiwi transition into floral notes of lavender and white peach. Green apple and starfruit flavors give way to a refreshing yet long-lasting mouthfeel and texture that is framed by a vibrant acidity.

Sans Chêne Chardonnay

t2.jpg

This 100% Dijon Clone Chardonnay is aged 100% in stainless steel for a 100% pure, clean and refreshing wine. Sans Chêne is the French term for "without oak." The aging style allows for the true expression of the grape. For those who love Chardonnay but want an unoaked alternative, this is your wine!
